3. Have succeeded as a key contributor to the interior design of a series of complex large-scale mixed-use, residential, hospitality, cultural and/or civic projects through all stages of design to construction;
4. Combine strong aesthetic design sensitivity with sound technical and materials knowledge, and are a clear communicator. You are able to compile thorough research packages for concepts, materials and products, and are able to articulate your ideas and results precisely, comprehensibly, and in a graphically engaging way.
5. Have working knowledge of interior design layouts and detailing, excel in current materials and FFE trends, and demonstrate clear understanding of common practice and industry standards and codes.
6. Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, enjoy contributing to your team, are flexible and able to set priorities in order to deliver accurately and on time.
7. Are highly skilled in AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe CS, ideally with a working knowledge of Maya.
8. Are fluent in English, with a business level of Mandarin; other business level language skill(s) is a plus.

1. Are a second year of Master’s Degree in Architecture, or higher;
2. Possess a strong design sensibility;
3. Are experienced with producing schematic design drawing sets;
4. Are highly-skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe suit etc;
5. Are highly organized and efficient with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines with a positive attitude;
6. Fluency in business-level Chinese and English is preferred.
7. Previous experience working in an architecture office is preferred.
