Moving beyond the conventional model of isolated towers, a “Landscraper” is envisioned: a horizontal, organic form that rises gently from the lakeshore. Rather than imposing on the landscape, the project employs “urban fabric camouflage,” allowing terraced platforms and cascading gardens to blur the line between city and nature.

This unified fabric weaves R&D, incubation, commerce, and living into a continuous whole. The triangular horizontal landscraper serves as the innovation engine, featuring modular, adaptable spaces designed for 6 frontier sectors. Behind it, a constellation of cultural, commercial, and residential elements forms a vibrant neighborhood.

Sustainability is built into the form – enabling natural ventilation and daylight – and expressed through an integrated roof system of solar panels that will illuminate the skyline.
