Located in the idyllic Jingguan Town, Chongqing, with a total investment of GBP 557 million and a building area of approximately 2,600,000 sqm, MedAI proposes the world’s first healthcare community that integrates artificial intelligence and neo-medical wellness – redefining high-end, intelligent medical living.

Inspired by Art, Futurism, and AI technology, the ‘Mothership Medical AI’ concept breaks away from traditional elderly care models. The project will feature:

• A self-built tertiary rehabilitation hospital and a leading national research institute.
• An immersive high-end experience centre with a striking pyramid-within-inverted-pyramid structure.
• AI-driven intelligent residential apartments, offering comprehensive lifestyle amenities including sports, leisure, shopping, dining, salons, exhibitions, and cinema.

The project is progressing in three phases, with Phase 1 currently under construction. Upon completion, MedAI will stand as a key benchmark for the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and a core pillar of the intelligent health and elderly care industry.
